• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting strategy designed to exploit platform vulnerabilities or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in ways not expressly authorized by gk22w.
• Money laundering or using gk22w in any manner that facilitates illegal financial activity, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior directed at gk22w staff, support agents, or other platform users through any communication channel.

gk22w employs real-time fraud detection and risk-monitoring systems. Accounts flagged by these systems will be reviewed and may be suspended pending investigation. gk22w's decision in these matters is final.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gk22w, its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

gk22w does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Maintenance windows and technical updates may temporarily affect service availability. We will endeavor to minimize downtime and to communicate scheduled maintenance in advance.
